Translation:
• War of the Bavarian Succession
• Prussia - This war is so boring. Fight!
• Austria - I don't want...
• Box - potatoes
The quarrelling people are Frederick II., Maria Theresa and her son Joseph II. (of course he wasn't a child in that time :XD:)

Even the text is in German I wanted to have a title of this picture in Czech.
"The War of the Bavarian Succession" is in Czech "Válka o bavorské dědictví", or "Bramborová válka" which means "Potato war". :XD:

• THE WAR OF THE BAVARIAN SUCCESSION (1778-1779)
Maria Theresa wanted Bavaria, but Frederick II. was against it, so he invaded Bohemia (part of Austria, now the part of Czech Republic).
But there were no (big) battles. Frederick II. wanted to fight, but Maria Thereza didn't, because leader of Austrian forces was her son Joseph II. and she was afraid of his life.
In the end, Bavaria had own ruler...
(I forgot to write era into the picture... :()

• Why the title "Potato war"?
Prussian forces plundered Bohemia, but even they took everything (food etc.), they had not enough for their survival so they had to eat (raw) potatoes and crude plums. :D Most of them also died from desease...

• Brambory
Potatoes "came" into Bohemia from Brandenburg-Prussia, so we have them thanks to Frederick II. :D The Czech title of "Brandenburg" is "Braniborsko" so from it is title of potatoes - "brambory".

Their uniforms are inspired by a lot of pictures I found and also by films "Der Große König" and "Barry Lyndon". :)

I know Bavaria IS in Hetalia, I wanted to draw him, but... I didn't know how to "put him in". :(

Hope the German sentences are correct...

And I hate my style of drawing...

I'm sorry, but the history lesson is not entirely correct!
It was not Maria Theresia who wanted Bavaria, it was her son Joseph. He was the Holy Roman Emperor and his mother had appointed him co-ruler of Austria, so he had the power to invade Bavaria in spite of Maria Theresia's objections. In order to avoid another war against Prussia, she secretly wrote a letter (the first and last) to her life-long opponent Friedrich, whom she hated, and begged him to maintain peace. Surprisingly, the Prussian king did as she asked, and that's why there were no real battles. You can imagine Joseph's anger, being embarassed in front of all Europe by his old mother...
The other statements and the sentences are correct (:
And thank you, I didn't know that funny thing about Czech potatoes! ^^

Forgive me, but this was part of my special topic in studying history, so I just had to say something.

As for the artistic part, it's wonderful! I love historcal comics ;D
